Et godt eksempel er udviklingen inden for J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus, som nu bygger 20 lejligheder i det centrale Skellefte\u00e5.<br \/>\n- Der sker mange positive ting i Skellefte\u00e5 lige nu, og presset p\u00e5 boligmarkedet forventes at stige i de n\u00e6ste par \u00e5r. Vores blokbyggede lejlighedshuse med h\u00f8j pr\u00e6fabrikation giver os mulighed for at tilbyde flere smarte muligheder med lav milj\u00f8p\u00e5virkning, siger CEO Arvid Cedergren.<\/h3>\n<p>J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus har tidligere v\u00e6ret mest kendt for sine feriehuse i bindingsv\u00e6rk. Da virksomheden blev en del af Contractor Bygg-koncernen i 2013, begyndte arbejdet med at udvikle fabriksfremstillede blokhuse med formonterede yderv\u00e6gge, vinduer og paneler. I 2018 lancerede J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus det f\u00f8rste lejlighedsprojekt p\u00e5 en grund i krydset Svedjev\u00e4gen\/Torsgatan i Skellefte\u00e5. Kvarteret V\u00e4nligheten vil v\u00e6re klar til indflytning i slutningen af 2019 og best\u00e5r af fem huse med i alt 20 firerumslejligheder p\u00e5 100 m2. Arvid Cedergren forklarer:<br \/>\n- En af de vigtigste fordele ved blokhusene er, at de bygges med en relativt h\u00f8j grad af pr\u00e6fabrikation allerede p\u00e5 fabrikken, hvilket reducerer byggetiden p\u00e5 stedet. Og s\u00e5 er klimasp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let selvf\u00f8lgelig vigtigt for os, der arbejder med tr\u00e6 som byggemateriale. Jo flere muligheder med lav milj\u00f8p\u00e5virkning, der tilbydes, jo bedre. Vi er stolte af at kunne bidrage til en positiv udvikling.
