Our house models are popular in the ski resort of Idre in Dalarna - from late autumn until week 12, nine houses are being delivered. They range from the Strycksele and Bj\u00f6rkdal models to customised houses. The majority are holiday homes but two will be used as permanent accommodation.<\/h3>\n

- \"The houses were already sold a year ago and the great demand for our models continues, which is naturally gratifying. In addition to these, five more suterrain houses have been ordered and five more are in the pipeline,\" says Ola Jonsson, salesman for J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus, who is stationed in Idre.<\/p>\n

He says that there is a positive spirit in the whole Idrefj\u00e4llen area now and that many new plots have been released recently.<\/p>\n

- It's good to be on site and have local roots. We also have a great co-operation here with the contractor Fredrik & Morgan Construction<\/a><\/strong> which is also responsible for all subcontractors, such as electricity and plumbing, when the houses are built.<\/p>\n\t
