It is now clear that Jörnträhus in collaboration with Contractor has been hired to erect a Jörnträhus for a private individual on Lassovägen this winter.
It will be the Björkdal house model with wide glulam panelling - in fact, Contractor is building another Jörnträhus just a stone's throw away.
- The customer liked the expression with Jörnträhus and we have been trusted to be involved early in the process and help them move forward. We are happy to take on this type of overall project and help an inexperienced customer and it has been appreciated, says Eva Lidestav from Contractor, project engineer in Hemavan.
This will be another group-wide co-operation project between Contractor and Jörnträhus.
- We do a lot together today and we can work out how our organisations should work together. We want to find sustainable solutions for the future so that the construction process runs as smoothly as possible, and we are constantly learning from each other," says Eva.
The foundations will be poured as soon as possible and the house is expected to be erected by spring winter.
