About the service

We are now looking for a Production Manager for our house factory in Jörn. In this role, you will lead the daily operational activities within our production. You have personnel responsibility and work environment responsibility for our skilled workers. You will work closely with our CEO to plan and organise operations and monitor both finances and efficiency. You will be responsible for staffing and production schedules and be involved in purchasing, customer contacts and production calculations.

Your passions and qualifications

We believe that you thrive in the leadership role and have the ability to motivate employees to achieve set goals. The business at Jörnträhus is constantly evolving and you need to feel confident in the role of change leader.

We would like you to have previous experience in similar tasks and/or relevant education. You need to be responsive, communicative, results-oriented, good at co-operation and interested in personnel and production issues. We are looking for a visible and clear leader with the ability to be out in production and communicate both internally and externally.

We believe that you have an interest in technology, experience from industrial production, and preferably many years of experience as a leader in production. Knowledge and experience of working with production flows, preferably 5S and LEAN, is desirable.

We have been working with wood since 1932 and building houses since the early 1960s. Today, we are a modern manufacturer of high-quality, sustainable holiday homes in northern Sweden. In our house factory in Jörn, in the north of Västerbotten, around 30 employees work to enable more people to experience what it is like to live in houses customised to their own needs and visions. Because we believe that if we can help more people feel good and spend time with loved ones without unnecessary environmental impact, then we are helping to build a heartier and better society.
