Jörnträhus's success in the Pro segment, where we work with other companies as customers, continues. In this latest project, we have been entrusted, together with Contractor, our parent company, to deliver the building kits for the 70 apartments, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, which will be distributed over six buildings. Contractor will be responsible for the demolition of the existing buildings, the groundwork and the turnkey contract for the project. The first stage of the demolition of the existing houses will be done in the summer of -21 and the construction of the first houses will begin with us at Jörnträhus in the winter of -21 and then continue with deliveries during much of -22.
