Between June and September, the entire chain of employees at Jörnträhus has delivered success figures with 28 houses sold. This is the result of long and hard work that has started to pay off in combination with a hot domestic market.
- In my five years, I have never experienced the pressure that we have right now. I'm not really surprised because we have a model programme that is really gratifying to offer customers and more people are discovering that we have more than the log houses that people previously associated us with," says Gunnar Ölund, Sales and Marketing Manager.
The home market in the Skellefteå region is in high demand for houses and building locally produced has gone down well in the cottages.
- "It's clear that the battery factory has further boosted the housing market. But we have a very short delivery time, so for those who have a plot of land and want a house, we are an excellent alternative," says Gunnar.
As a result of increased demand, Jörnträhus has expanded the sales team with Thomas Wahlberg, who has also sold his first houses.
