As you may know, Jörnträhus has two business lines, one of which is the production of high-quality kits for holiday homes in many styles and sizes. The other, which we call Jörnträhus Pro, is the supply of building parts, components and complete kits of apartment blocks or buildings to other companies.
It is now clear that Jörnträhus has been commissioned to deliver the building kits for Contractor's project to build and sell 18 terraced houses in the Falkträsk area in Skellefteå. The project has a clear environmental profile, partly because the houses have a wooden frame and facade, but also because they will be equipped with solar cells on the roofs and charging posts for electric cars right from the start. Something that follows Jörnträhus's sustainability focus in a good way.
Expressions of interest will begin to be received on 15 February and the sale of the terraced houses will be handled by Swedish real estate agencies. Occupancy is tentatively scheduled for spring 2022. So now is the opportunity to buy a townhouse in the Falkträsk area with an easy-to-maintain plot and at the same time invest in a holiday home from Jörnträhus in your favourite place?
