Jörnträhus's wide range of models covers most requirements when it comes to holiday homes. However, it is very difficult to offer a universal model to suit all tastes.
We present a large number of holiday homes in our model programme, each with its own specific floor plan. This is in an attempt to be able to suit the vast majority of tastes and needs, after all, there are homeowners who need to make some changes from the original in order to create their dream home.
With our help, you can adjust and change our standard houses both inside and out, naturally within the limits of what is technically possible.
Flexibility is something that Jörnträhus has always offered and embraced, this has allowed us to deliver customised solutions to all homeowners who have wanted to create a more personal home.
Here you will find a number of examples of how to change the floor plan based on one of our standard houses without affecting the building space or the construction of the house body. Door and window placement are minor interventions that must of course be adjusted based on these examples. These types of changes can, in close co-operation with us at Jörnträhus, be made to all our house models.
Åliden
In this example we have used the Åliden house model. Below you see a picture of the facade but also the floor plan that we usually use.
ALTERNATIVE 2
With only one bedroom, space has been created for a spacious hall and a larger living room. Wishes for a more spacious technical room and space for a sauna are also accommodated.
ALTERNATIVE 3
Sleeping accommodation for five people and a double toilet have formed the basis for this alternative floor plan. Despite an increased number of bedrooms, a spacious living room and dining room are maintained.
ALTERNATIVE 4
This is our standard floor plan for the Åliden model. With three bedrooms and an external storage room, the layout provides valuable space that is always appreciated.
