Skärudden XXS
We will come up with a number of new exciting house models during the autumn, all gathered in the upcoming house catalogue - but we will continuously release a few samples.
First out is a house model under the category of complementary housing 30 m² - that is, what has come to be known colloquially as ”Bolundare”. Skärudden XXS has retained some of the characteristic design from the original models with its angles, large windows and smart floor plans.
The requirements for additional accommodation, such as a kitchen, bathroom and sleeping accommodation, are of course met. When it is also enriched with a sleeping loft, the utilisation rate of the 30 square metres is very high.
