The Skärudden house series offers those who are both trend and style conscious as well as those who see their house as a natural part of their identity. Each of the three buildings fulfils its main function, and in the terraced version, the larger family also gets space and privacy.

On a sloping site, this is the optimal choice and many of our house models can be customised with a mezzanine floor.

On the ground floor you will find a relaxation area, large living room, a bedroom, laundry room, walk-in closet, storage room and technology. In addition, there is access to a large terrace that is accessible via the living room in the middle part and which extends along almost the entire long side.

Entrance with hall and large kitchen combined with dining area is located in one of the wings on the upper floor. Two bedrooms plus a bathroom can be found in the opposite wing and between the two wings there is another living room with access to the balcony. Outside the entrance there is an alternative terrace to create extra outdoor space and to create an even more welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Exciting angles on the exterior walls are also reflected in the interior, where the windows open up the views in several directions.
