When Elisa and Leif Lindholm were sitting in their home in Mexico looking for a house supplier for their planned holiday home, their eyes soon fell on Jörnträhus and the Svanström model.
In terms of size, none of the standard houses of the model worked but by "shrinking down" the larger variant to 110 m², everything was solved within the building restrictions.
The Lindholm family's customised dream house is now in place in Boviken on the Norrland coast. They feel that their "construction journey" has been smooth and that communication with us at Jörnträhus has worked very well - even though a time difference and a whole Atlantic separated client and supplier.
