We are experiencing a real boom in orders during the coronavirus pandemic.
- Locally, there is a very large pressure that we have never experienced before by people who want to buy houses and very sharp inquiries. People seem to have more time to sit at home and think about what to do with the travel money perhaps, says Jörnträhus sales and marketing manager Gunnar Ölund.
From a large selection of house models available, a clear local favourite has emerged this spring. As many as three Jörn wooden houses of the Svanström model have been sold in a short time and more offers are in circulation.
